Acro basics blend coordination drills with mobility work. Students build foundational skills through ongoing practice of simple tumbling and acrobatic moves. The class hones body awareness and control while gradually expanding each participant's repertoire. This class is intended to get your dancers to build strength, flexibility, and gain courage to try some things that may be scary and also exciting.
