Intro To Acro (Ages 6-10) feat. Brooke Bulanda
Acro basics blend coordination drills with mobility work. Students build foundational skills through ongoing practice of simple tumbling and acrobatic moves. The class hones body awareness and control while gradually expanding each participant's repertoire. This class is intended to get your dancers to build strength, flexibility, and gain courage to try some things that may be scary and also exciting.
POMS (Ages 5-10) feat. Emily Kirkolis
Sharp moves and vibrant energy define this dynamic class. Dancers dive into jazz and cheer techniques, mastering arm positions for striking visual effects. They'll stretch to boost flexibility, perfect basic turns and jumps, and tackle short routines. This fast-paced session builds skills through engaging combinations, creating confident performers ready to shine.
Ballet/Tap (Ages 7-8) feat. Emily Kirkolis
Dancers explore an enriched ballet repertoire, mastering turnout and positioning. Coordination blossoms as spatial awareness grows. Cooperation thrives in class, fostering etiquette and teamwork. Simple exercises build strength and flexibility. Students embrace ballet's fundamentals while tapping into their potential. Jazz (Ages 7-8) feat. Emily Kirkolis
Fast-paced jazz dance blends big jumps and spins. For 7–8 year olds, classes hone core moves, boost coordination, and sharpen technique. This lively style builds essential skills while kids have fun leaping and twirling to upbeat rhythms.
Ballet (Ages 9+) feat. Marti Krieger
At the barre, students master foundational exercises with proper technique. These skills then flow into center floor work, bridging barre and performance. Teachers hone students' awareness of form, musicality, and ensemble dancing. Class etiquette remains paramount. Teen Technique (Ages 12+) feat. Dorothy Koltas
Blending power, agility, and finesse, our teen technique class hones essential skills. Dancers master spins, high kicks, and graceful jumps while building strength and flexibility. This vibrant style encompasses trendy moves applicable across dance forms, offering a comprehensive and exhilarating experience for ages 12+.
Mini Movers feat. Marti Krieger
An introduction to movement! Students will develop body awareness and coordination, explore movement quality and musicality, and discover creative self-expression. Teachers will work with students to develop cooperation and respect for self and others. Students will learn the basics of ballet class etiquette. Classes are taught with a focus on the joy of movement. Age-appropriate basic ballet terminology is introduced.
Mommy and Me feat. Marti Krieger
Step into a world of rhythm and joy with our Mommy and Me dance class, specially designed for little ones aged 2-3 years. This fun-filled, interactive class is the perfect introduction to movement and music for young children and their caregivers.
