Participants will work on foot strengthening and flexibility. Great for dancers looking to begin pre-pointe/pointe.

Aerial Clinic
Participants must be able to consistently execute 1 & 2 hand cartwheels, running roundoff, front & back walkovers. Participants will work on foundations on attaining a front/side aerials.
