Alexis brings over a decade of experience in athletics, fitness, and coaching. Her journey began as a collegiate athlete on the Lewis University softball team, where her passion for training and performance first took shape. She continued her career at St. Cloud State University as a graduate assistant for the softball program, supporting athletes through strength training and swing development.

After earning her Master’s in TESL, Alexis relocated to South Florida, where she taught algebra and earned her CrossFit certification. During this time, she managed and launched multiple gyms, including the grand opening of LA Fitness in Boca Raton, where she excelled as the top personal training manager with record-breaking sales.

In 2020, Alexis returned to Illinois and co-founded Heatshock Fitness in Homer Glen, IL. The facility combines advanced recovery modalities—such as infrared saunas, cold plunges, and reflexology—with a full-service gym offering group classes and personal training.

Now, Alexis is thrilled to bring her expertise, energy, and passion for fitness to Relevé Dance Company, where she looks forward to inspiring students in a competitive and supportive environment.
